The objectives of the seminar are to provide attendees with: 

• Unlocking Housing - The HBRAMA's Government Affairs Committee's work for all builders and remodelers in Massachusetts is great for business: Starter Homes, Small Lots, ADU's, Permitting, etc. 
• Production- Builders and remodelers are finding and using tools to gain greater understanding operations and improving the bottom line. The advent of AI is a real enabler. Discussion will focus on:
  • Cost codes: Do builders need standards to better structure their construction costs? How do other companies structure their cost codes, what they use them for, how they developed their systems, and whether greater industry standardization would be useful.
  • How do builders utilize purchase orders, project scheduling, project scope creep, and the downstream effects of client selections and financial controls around purchasing and invoice approvals to improve their bottom line?
